"Visited yesterday and felt invisible. There was a big pile of workers huddled in a corner in the front of the store giggling and talking, completely oblivious to the fact I was in the store, I wasn’t even acknowledged."

"The store was clean n well organized. There was 1 cashier n 6 employees on the sales floor. Store wasn't busy when we were there. I had to ask another employee if they could ring as we were waiting on line for 10 mintues. The cashier was ringing up a customer but the customer had to go grab more items to get the discounts so basically this customer wasn't truely ready to be rung up. The employee finally came over after I asked if someone can ring. As we were the 3rd in line. All the employees knew n saw us standing there waiting but no one offered to ring until I asked an employee. I work retail for a long time, we were told if there's a line you go ring up the customer then go back to stocking shelf. I wasn't to happy this happened so hopefully this store won't let it happen again. Thank you"
