"The waitresses are always picking fights with customers, the last two times I’m here a waitress was fighting with a customer. I’m not surprised it’s Manchester after all. Management should look at the people they hire because if the waitresses are this disgruntled , it wouldn’t surprise me if they mess with customers food. I won’t be returning to the Manchester, to chaotic."
"The regular size hot cafe latte was made just right, and is consistently made that way each visit. The atmosphere was festive, alive, and inviting, the only slight draw back was I was there at an extremely busy time, and so the wait was about 4 to 5 minutes. But still, more than worth it for a latte of this caliber. Recommend this place to both my family and friends!"
"1st Rapid Order from the app. Got a chic cordon blue sub w/ turkey chili, free pecan braid from being a new customer on the app. Also grabbed my free drink for the day from the Sip Club. For joining the app, they gave me 3 free months of the Sip Club, $12/month after that. Lots of room in the dining room for a group or a quiet spot alone. My only complaint is for the pick up, there is a shelf for To-Go orders across from the counter, easy access to pick up and get out. I was 5 minutes from when I'd said I'd be there but the shelf was still empty. I had to maneuver me way through the pile of people at the counter further down to ask for my order behind the counter that was sitting with 1/2 a dozen other orders. Not sure if they do this because they don't want to take it out to the lobby or for security reasons to prevent theft of orders. I've been back a couple times since and this seems like a regular habit. Not something to stop me from going back but I would budget in some extra time for pick up."
