"i’ve been here 3 times in the past week, where i’ve been told by a few workers “were all new, there’s no manager. we were left here by ourselves.” ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. i will be calling corporate. these poor kids. disgusting move on managements part. i can’t even believe this. the worker told me “we don’t even know how to lock the doors.” SO sad and unprofessional. these kids need to find better jobs that actually care about them."
"This is the third time that the drive through takes over 20 minutes to move. Cars waiting in the line left. I waited more than the rest hoping it will open up but alas it didn't not. This happened before and the people didn't apologize or try to move the line by asking people slowing the line to park in the front while they take the other orders. Very bad / non existent service. When the jobs go to robots we can back to this level of disservice."
"i got a sausage egg and cheese croissant. the croissant fell apart and was very crumbly. i ended up having to take it apart to eat it; it was just to messy otherwise."
"When I ordered, employee stood there and just yawned at me with open mouth like he had no cares in the world spreading his germs or worried where he was. Ordered and paid for large drink and got medium sized."
"Easily the best Dunks in town right now, I come here regularly and the staff is always so nice and friendly, and they never mess up my order. Sometimes they give me extra food and it makes my day."
