"I was very unhappy with my Uber eats delivery today. I ordered 3 smoothies, 2 breakfast burritos, a sandwich w/ side and 2 edible strawberry straws. 1 smoothie was missing almost 1/4 of the drink and the turkey bacon ranch sandwich was very thinly made (based on eat in orders previously experienced) and the harvest cos that was chosen for the side was not sent with the order. Generally I have always been satisfied and pleased with service here. Thus was not a pleasant experience after delivery time was quoted prior to placing order as 15 to 25 minutes. After order placed delivery time was 30 minutes but stated could arrive up to almost an hour."

"I'm going to give them another chance, but this was upsetting service to say the least. Been to this location a couple times when they first opened and loved them. But today was different. No one greeted us when we walked in, our food (and everyone else's) took way longer than usual. From ticket to getting food took 15 minutes. We asked for our smoothie split into 2 cups but got it in 1. The manager (Riley maybe) called to let 2 girls go home early, so then the girls were making each other smoothies instead of helping prep orders. My sweet potatoes were mushy, the Caesar Salad wrap had mushy croutons as well, and I ate it the second it was served to me. Annnnnd, last but not least, the girl who brought my food out to me was wearing slippers. I'm no expert in kitchen safety but I feel like slippers are generally a no-go. But like I said, they were amazing the first couple times I went so hopefully they can make some changes."
