"What a sweet little treat we found in this hidden Mom & Pop confectionary stop. Called on a Saturday just to make sure they were open since it was after lunch time, hubby and I were so excited to hear they were! Fantastic customer service when I called and when we walked in, such warm and welcoming faces. Fresh cookies had just come out of the oven which sadly I didn't picture before hoovering two of them down our gullets. The chocolate chip and molasses are a MUST TRY! We wanted something to go as we were staying at a cabin near by and wanted a treat with coffee in the morning. The owner explained all that was available and was so hospitable. Home made donuts, classic, maple dipped, honey dipped, and cake donuts were our choice. They did not disappoint. Fresh, light, not greasy and so flavorful. A true delight! Then we splurged and got a seven layer bar as well for an after dinner treat and WOW was that the right decision! If in the area I highly recommend taking a moment and stopping in, you'll be glad you did!"
