"Brought my teen in for his annual exam, which is required if he wants to play school sports. Very sick child came into the waiting room with breathing striders. I dread going to this practice with healthy children as we are exposed to sick children in the small waiting room. It makes me think that its not worth coming to an annual vist. Risk is greater than benefit."

"This practice has its pros and cons. A big pro for me is their 24/7 availability if my kid is sick, although I do think that's most places. They also provided free postpartum doula support while I was postpartum, and I don't know any other practices around that offer that! I commend them for being so forward on that front! However, I was disappointed that I was not told about vitamin D supplementation for my newborn until I asked about it, despite it being recommended for all newborns. They wouldnt let me breastfeed my baby while he was getting vaccinated because they were "afraid theyd poke me," but every mom I talk to says their pediatrician's office allows them to do that even with older, squirmier babies and toddlers. They also repeatedly told me I shouldn't feed my baby for longer than 15 minutes per breast because he would "use me as a pacifier" and to give him a pacifier instead, which is bizarre because I'm not sure what they think pacifiers are substitutes for. (They said he will burn too many calories if I allow him to eat as long as he wants, but I couldn't find any peer reviewed literature verifying that feeding for long periods is detrimental to infant health.) I was also lectured twice about cosleeping, which seems to be a common thing for practices in the US, despite the latest research. I know other practices who offer safe sleep information instead, taking into account the fact that most people end up cosleeping at some point. I switched to a naturopath in the end, but this place isn't the worst if you're up for the average care that most Americans receive."

"There horrible. I called today to schedule an appointment because I’ve been sick 7 days extremely congested, had a fever, my whole balance is off. And I called early this week on Friday and they told me to call back on Sunday if my symptoms worsened and they worsened and I called back today on Monday and they told me they can’t see because it’s just a “virus” but have been refusing to see me for 4 days. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYBODY. The nurses are disrespectful and arguments. And the doctors don’t listen to any concern you have and talk over you."

"This practice is outstanding. My daughter’s provider is everything I could want and has been consistently great with her, with us as a family, and medically excellent and always on top of and sometimes ahead of our concerns and needs. Staff provides amazing customer service. I wish my doctor were as good."
