"Overall a decent experience. Reasonably priced with great customer service, I was just a little disappointed in the end result. Getting the design and setup was a snap, and I was excited for my patches to arrive. Unfortunately, when they came, the background of my large circle patch was distorted to the point the patch was unusable. Valerie was great about making a second attempt but sadly the outcome was the same. I'd resigned myself to "that's just the way it is", until I was gifted a patch from another embroiderer that had no distortion and turned out exactly as I'd hoped! The small rectangle patches I had made came out great, I just wish the large circle had turned out better."
