"i called on 1/4/24 and found the receptionist to be INCREDIBLY RUDE. i called to book therapy but i dont believe i am a good candidate for straight talk therapy, and i was asking if they offer different modalities like ACT, DBT, or CBT. once i stated “i dont believe i am a good candidate for straight talk therapy” the woman on the phone got mentally stuck on the way i phrased that…. and just kept insisting all therapy is “just” talk therapy. “the only therapy is talk therapy. all therapy is talk therapy” she seemed to short circuit. she was speaking in a tone that said she thought i was an absolute moron, and told me she wasnt familiar with what each specific individual therapist specialized in- but in such an annoyed and condescending tone, like i was a nuisance to be wondering what specialties a therapy location can offer, like i was asking her to list off all the therapist’s eye colors and precise heights rather than asking a pertinent question of a receptionist of a therapist office. maybe the therapists there are wonderful and offer a variety of therapies, but you’ll never find out with such a rude troll at the desk guarding the gate."

"Was more worried about a $70 copay. State bhu said they would contact them so I could get back in and make payments State bhu never called the facility for me, knowing the severity of my situation. Facility still wouldn't let me make an appointment before I made a payment even after I told them I contacted State bhu because of this and I knowing I needed help after witnessing a death. Days later my therapist did finally contact me back and said that th facility tried to get ahold of me several times during the 3 months I could not pay, which is not true I never received an email or call. The problem is your system not me"

"If I could give no stars I would. My child was in four winds. Was only released based off the fact THEY said they would take them. They were released. they then said they were not a good fit because they have "autism" (she is high functioning can speak and function completely on her own). They said they would put me in touch with opwdd for services. First opwdd doesnt do counseling or meds. Caleo won't do her meds because they won't see her for counseling. So she's now out with no way to get meds or counseling. They also have not put us in touch with opwdd or ever called us back. Four winds basically told me well we could readmit her and refused to do anything. Such lovely services."

"Love our therapist, the other staff however, not at all! These people don’t like their jobs and they show it. I am a medical professional, so when I see things they do, it is sickening. We wait every week for someone to unlock the door, even though the sign says 7:55-5:00, not once has the door been open on time. I suggest you have some continuing education for the staff, inform them of the need to be to work on time or early to let patients in, we shouldn’t be standing at the door waiting to get in! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK STAFF!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My therapist spelled my name wrong on documents, did not listen to me when I told her what I wanted to focus on in my treatment, and even made an unprofessional dig at me regarding abandonment during an appointment when I told her I did not feel listened to. She did not contact me again after that appointment, even though I called a week later and asked the front desk if she had dropped me as a patient and they told me she had not dropped me. This was months ago and I still have not heard anything from her or Caleo. My new therapist says Ana’s actions were extremely unprofessional especially towards someone with my diagnoses. She spent a lot of time during appointments boasting about how many people she had helped and would get defensive when I asked that we focus on my treatment during my time. She also tried to urge me to stay in the living facility across the street from where I was living at the time which I found strange. I cannot speak for other therapists here but I do not recommend Ana."
