"Ann Adams, I am a patient at your Cottage Street Address. I been having trouble leaving secure messages on your answering machine. As you are aware someone in the office after hours answered the phone and was verbally abusive. I presume this is the same person who was making some of my statements and feelings left in messages to Ben available to a group of people in the community I am at odds with. these people claim it is due to ** feeling I disrespected him. More on that later. I am again having trouble although I was told the situation had corrected last time. This person does not talk at me as the last time....now, One example is on Aug. 28 @ 6:32 am. I was connected for 11m 31s before I hung up. this has been happening regularly and often now. Again tonight past ll:00pm. This only happens sometimes, as before and after It will go to messaging."
