"Great experience with a caring, knowledgeable staff. We did the Salt cave and the infa- red therapy. Rooms were clean and comfortable."
"Money grubbing experience. I could hardly expect to relax when the owners are aggressively trying to sell you rocks and potions. I’d highly suggest avoiding this space. Try the therapists at Taiga Spa or Savu Sauna for a legitimately relaxing experience with a local flavor."
"I first and foremost want to thank Christine for being so helpful in planning my day at this lovely day spa. She was very knowledgeable about all of the services that are offered and I finally settled on an hour massage, hand/foot salt detox and time in the salt cave (nothing at all like I expected!). It was a beautiful respite during my 5 day road trip through gorgeous Vermont state. My mind and body was so relaxed that I forgot to take pics! Make sure you leave enough time to browse the different rocks at the gift shop too. Every time I turned around I saw something else that was interesting and beautiful that Christine would tell me about. I don’t want to forget to mention that the massage was fantastic as well! This place is well worth the visit."
"Sarita and Nafis are THE BEST HOSTS, and the Cave is certainly worth a visit. You'll want to return, for sure! The health benefits are obvious immediately in the detoxing of your body's impurities, especially the lungs. They also offer foot and hand soak treatments, which you have to experience to understand the benefits. Hard to explain as I am sure they are different for each individual based on your body's needs. Do yourself a favor and visit the Salt Cave. You won't regret your decision."
"My husband offered me a day @ the Spa for my Birthday this past July, the owner is very friendly, informative, she has very good energy. She explained to us the process of the salt for relaxation, reflexology/ pressure points ( as a previous trainer myself) I can tell she is very knowledgeable , she is a very nice lady & very enthusiastic to share her knowledge. I need to have a girls day out with my family again soon. We left feeling so relaxed. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you"
