"I emailed you a month or two after the flood when your website was still available and had you had email address present. The website is now gone and for some reason so is the email I sent you. You made a custom piece for me for my wedding. They were my aunts diamonds. I do not wear my wedding rings often so that nothing happens to them. Regardless, a stone fell out of the setting. It’s been a few months now without a return of information. I read in another review you can only be reached by email. Please provide contact information so I can reach out to you."

"I dropped off several watches TWO YEARS ago to be consigned... They said it could take a while (understandably) but anytime I have called for an update on the watches, the person I need to speak to is conveniently unavailable. I've since moved out of state but my number hasn't changed - even after leaving it repeatedly and messages to get a call back, no one ever reaches out. I'm not sure if they lost my watches, are doing shady business, forgot about me, or it really has taken this long.... but this feels unacceptably bad."

"She sold us a ring she swore she could size but when we got it back there were obvious issues. If you need earrings, this place might be fine. But don’t ask for sizing!"

"Maybe buy jewelry from here but I don't recommend asking them to repair anything. Whatever they used to reattach a broken gem got all over the other parts and the entire piece is far less shiny than it was when I gave it to them. I'm very unhappy with the outcome and will not be returning."

She is extremely skilled at her craft and obviously loves what she does, and she's willing to tackle repairs that others say are beyond hope and consistently produces fantastic results. I've used other jewelers in the area in the past, but would absolutely never consider doing so again - I'm a faithful Katie's Jewels customer for life."
