Needed to get the anniversary ring i got my wife rodium dipped which is coveredby the care plan i paid extra for. i will be contactting corporate to get that money back as it is useless when the store is always closed. Looks like hannoush will get my business."

"I had an issue with a ring that was purchased at this location. The Manager Carrie was condescending and very rude, she did not know the policies and or procedures. I have a warranty and diamond bond, yet proceeded to insist I will need to pay to have the ring fixed. Ended up traveling out of State to another Zales where they know how to treat their customers and have knowledge of their diamond bonds and warranties. This store doesn’t deserve even 1 star."
