"Had an appointment with Richard for an estimate on a mini split. He showed up on time looked the job over and said he would email me the quote. Seven days later after six phone calls (with messages) one email, still no response. On day seven I called and said don't bother. The excuse was from the office they were very busy. How long does it take to make a phone call to let someone know what's going on? Very unprofessional."

We gave the go-ahead and four days later they were on-site installing a new Mini-split in an upstairs apartment.
