"Following the flooding in July 2023, we had some complicated and expensive decisions to make about our 163 year old home's cooling and heating. We're very lucky to have connected to Tony and Liam with Premier Heating and AC to install heat pumps right as the weather turned cold. When the installed units were not operating properly, Tony swiftly replaced and upgraded them to a model he has had better success with, not charging us a dime for the additional labor and more expensive units."
"Tony and his crew did a great job installing and setting up our Fujitsu heat pump and floor type heating/cooling unit. The installation went smoothly and took less than a day, despite the heavy rain at the time. The cooling mode was great all summer on the lowest setting and the heat mode is also working well, now that we're into the fall."

"We contacted Premier Heating & AC for a new mini-split heat pump installation. Tony came out promptly and gave us his professional opinion on what unit would suit our circumstances best. The unit was installed within two weeks. Tony was then very patient waiting through a couple of postponements for our electrician to hook up the power supply. Throughout the process, Tony kept in touch and always checked back before going on to the next step. Our mini-split worked like a charm keeping us cool during the last hot spell of summer, and now it is keeping us warm during the first cold snap of fall. We highly appreciated Tony's professionalism through the the entire process and we highly recommend Premier Heating & AC."
