"Dr Eltabbakh had accepted me as a patient with a large abdominal mass. During surgery it caused some complications with my gastric bypass and small bowel. I was shipped via helicopter to Syracuse immediately following a complete hysterectomy and removal of the mass. I underwent another surgery to repair my small bowel and reversal of my gastric bypass. I stayed 9 days in Syracuse hospital. Dr. Eltabbakh called 2 days after surgery and then I called his office the following week for results of the biopsy of the mass. A month after being discharged from Syracuse hospital I called Dr Eltabbakh's office and inquired about a follow up appointment and the response I received was we didn't know you were out of the hospital. No one told us. We didn't know what happened to you.. You must have fallen in between the cracks ... seriously..at that point I felt that I was a number bc how can you not want to follow up with a patient that you shipped via helicopter to another hospital .."

"since being in their new office, I had an unnecessary biopsy, which was too much, I'm in un-bearable pain, Georgia's response was unsympathetic & uncaring. When I talked to the nurse in the office she did not offer any medical advice on how to deal with my pain. Their only concern was to try to convince me it wasn't because of the biopsy. Georgia, wanted me to have laser surgery and maybe remove my ovaries. I went to the ER, they said the biopsy was over kill, because I had no symptoms to have it done, and I agree. I don't know how long I have to be in so much pain. But I fired Dr. Gamal & his wife Georgia as my doctor. They will not do another thing to me for the insurance money! Be careful who's care you are under."
