"The nurses are what make this practice outstanding. Don’t get me wrong the docs are good but the nurses go above and beyond. I also really enjoy seeing NPs Brianna and Anna. They’re easy to talk to and I never feel rushed when I visit. Thank you all for being so wonderful."

"I have gone to Maitri for general gyn and also OB care, including a miscarriage. I have had one good experience and the rest have left me feeling uncomfortable and uncared for. One was so bad that I called to speak with the practice manager, who brushed off my concerns. I have asked to never be scheduled with Elisa again following that appointment, but the other providers have only been marginally better. At another appointment they hardly assessed my condition and told me to go buy some over the counter medicine to mask symptoms despite not knowing the origin and when I asked what the medication even was, the provider acted like I was an idiot for not knowing. I will be switching practices. I gave two stars instead of one because they have been able to get me in quickly and respond quickly on the phone for urgent matters."

"I had a real five star experience here today! I felt like I went to a fancy spa, not to a medical facility :) The staff, the bedside manner, the ethics, the patience, the care - all top notch! Also, Maitri is located in such beautiful area - driving there feels like you’re going on vacation, magnificent! Literally can’t wait to go back :) Keep up the good work!"

"Very surprised to see so many negative reviews… my wife and I have now used just about every OB in the area, and while we are new patients, it’s clear in our 36 hours with Maitri that they are a cut above the rest. After Affiliates dissolved we went to UVM, and on the heels of a stillborn girl last year, they were very rude and totally careless, both to my wife’s needs and our past trauma. Which is too bad because Dr. Fenton herself is amazing. Anyway, as noted after losing our daughter we were very jumpy about anything and everything, but my wife couldn’t keep anything down, water or food, and was bleeding and cramping like crazy. The ER kept saying make an appt with your OB, but they just brushed it off, time and time again (and yea, this was many visits in only a couple weeks). After being hung up on by the receptionist, we looked for alternatives and found Maitri, with both women and men saying they treated mothers amazingly well. As a new patient it’s hard to expect to be brought in in the same week much less day, but they had us scheduled to come in within an hour (extra points as it was after business hours and they STILL got back to us in the next hour). When we arrived today it was clear why so many people love the Maitri staff: the office is casual but warm and inviting, and they were very cognizant of our lord and concern therefrom. In fact it appeared to be our nurse was new and training, and she was clearly briefed on the general vibe of the office culture as she was very polite, took care with how she delivered questions, and even appeared genuinely cautious about the more traumatic questions. The doctor (or PA; apologies) was amazing, walked us through everything she was doing, made sure to tell us what we were seeing, and so forth. Everything from the emergency call last night to our checkout was smooth and friendly, and I’m so glad we found these guys!"

"I’ve only had good experiences with Leah and Amy. Everyone else seems like they don’t have time for anything. I picked Maitri due to my sister had her boys and loved it here but that was 3-6 years ago. I drive a hour each way for my appointments to just have a appointment where It seems they don’t even look at your chart,doesn’t sit well with me. Every ultra sound cost $$$ so when it’s a quick just a measurement of her skull, stomach, and legs and fluid around her without them showing one picture of her or even giving you a print out for it. I was looking forward to the appointment for 6 weeks! I’m glad she healthy but, you would think they would care a little bit more. Leah is great! I had my first appointment with Amy she was great too. They push you through meeting different people that could deliver your baby But I only trust 2 out of everyone I have met. If they don’t understand that yes they see this everyday but for new parents this is the world to them then they should get out of the buisness. I’ll be happy when she’s here but I’ll be happier when I no longer have to deal with Maitri. Highly don’t recommend."
