Crossroads Guitar Setup and Repair

"Took my acoustic guitar to Paul for a setup. As a new guitar player, he clearly and patiently explained the process and how to setup a guitar. Over the next week he kept me informed of the progress and what needed to be repaired. He went over the guitar from top to bottom and it now plays and looks great for a very reasonable price. An overall great experience and nice person. We talked a lot about guitars and music in general. He even loaned me one of his guitars so I could practice. "My guitar is a Fender Strat FSR model. Paul Olito was very good on communication during the setup process. He did a thorough report, identifying the instrument's lineage details, an assessment and suggestions if further improvement is desired or problems are encountered. Before and after measurements on the first and 17th fret string height as well as neck relief. Finally a list of all items performed including cleaning, string change over and intonation adjustments.
