"After moving here from out of state in 2020, we were very overwhelmed with our childcare situation. What drew us in was the large, CLEAN, beautifully maintained building, and staff that has been there for 10+ years (something you rarely see). The staff feels more like family, and I trust that my children are safe and LOVED while in their care. This center has it down- they have remained open during covid and were extremely communicative during that very confusing and serious time. The door is always open if you have questions, concerns, and I always felt that they have worked with us and not against us. The center is any childs dream- it's colorful, has a magical vibe to it, and is filled with animals which is always a huge hit! The outdoor area is large and fun and there's plenty to do, especially during the summer months when they bring out the water play. I always love the effort that goes into all of the crafts for the kids and the special gifts that come home with them (and for them) during the holidays. My kiddos love it, we love it, and I'm so grateful to have found freedom rains!"
"Sending your child to daycare is sometimes a really tough thing to do. The staff makes this difficult transition feel a lot less stressful. My two year old loves Freedom Rains, and my 8 week old son, I'm sure, will love it too! Feel confident knowing you're making a good choice by picking Freedom Rains."
"My son started attending at 18 months after we had a very rough experience with another local center. He is now 3 and thriving at Freedom Rains. We also have a 21 month old daughter attending who has been going since 3 months old. The staff are the most caring, loving individuals who truly invest in your children. We were looking for a place that felt like home/family and this is it. Our son has some special needs and the teachers work tirelessly with him to help him continue to grow and develop at his own rate and still engage with the rest of his class. I've seen tremendous growth from both of my children at Freedom Rains and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, caring, loving environment for their children."
"Both of our children attended Freedom Rains and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff loved our kids like they were their own. To this day when we run into a staff member, they ask how kids are doing. Everyone who works at Freedom Rains is highly motivated, encouraging and has the kids best interest at heart. You will NOT be disappointed.."
"My son attended freedom reigns for about three months after his daycare had to close down. They do have good hours but With that said our experience was not pleasant they do not provide anything diapers, wipes, food, water bottles, nap pads Nothing. They have no stars, they would call me every other day towards the end asking me to pick up my son just because he was having a rough day and when I got there he would be just fine. I have heard them yelling at children on multiple occasions Our experience there ended with them giving us two days notice to find another daycare due to the fact that my son is slightly autistic and they did not want to put any effort into working with him. Also they do not return your deposit upon leaving the center even if you have paid for your last week. So that was my experience with freedom reigns. I would not recommend it especially if your child needs any kind of one on one attention."
