"The friendly postal clerk goes out of her way to be helpful without even being asked. She is often happily humming and is smiling. The awesome customer service at this location is much appreciated, when, these days, it is too often non-existant. Her cheery spirit is refreshing, and I leave this post office feeling happy and upbeat, even if I have had a challenging day!"

I simply asked where I should get my mail and ended up walking out while she kept yelling in the background about how much more she knew about the post office than me and how stupid I was for thinking that the mail for my Randolph Center address would come through the Randolph Center post office..."
