"If I could give them no stars I would. The customer service here is trash and they are very rude. They don't want to answer questions or help u. Last but not least if u don't have tape or your package is not taped, don't ask them for none because they will tell u to buy a whole roll just for 1 thing and it's $5. I just want to say the ups store is in the Hannaford parking lot and they help you as soon as you walk through the door. Another thing the mail is always late or don't come because they done put it in the wrong mailbox. I wouldn't recommend using this post office. The one in Winooski is better or the one in Essex."

"Not sure who will read this, but my husband and I live at 15 Park St, Essex Jct, we are having problems with our mail getting in the right mail slot, our mail gets put into 408, we are 409, I've brought this to our regular mail delivery person, he talked to the two people that covers for him. They are still doing it, the box they put it in, the person doesn't check on a regular schedule, we do, so the mail I want we don't get for a few days after delivery. ."

"Multiple times packages are "out for delivery" for up to 3 (!) Days before they are finally delivered!! No one EVER answers the phone (I've been calling for 2 days now trying to find my package that's "out for delivery" according to Informed Delivery)!! And they wonder why no one is willingly using the Postal service for important mailing! THIS POST OFFICE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN, the service is atrocious! Postal Inspector should definitely be looking into this hub!"

"We noticed around the beginning of march 2023 that our mail was not being delivered. I went to the post office to find out why. The Driver for our route had quit leaving us without mail for nearly 3 weeks. Upon asking for my mail they wouldn't give it to me. Had to demand and told them there was time sensitive material in our mail for payments that had late payments attached to them because of not receiving our mail, only then did they give us our mail, BUT, would not give us our packages for another week leaving us again behind on our end of doing business for and in the community. I rely on the postal services for materials for jobs. I lost nearly $5000 in revenue over a 3 week span with this mishap at the post office."
