UPS Customer Center 454 Harvest Lane, Williston, VT 05495

"Whoever delivered packages yesterday (1/9/24) in the River Watch area of Burlington was the absolute worst! First of all, he initially stated that he could not deliver because we were not available (which wasn’t true). Secondly, when my husband got the notification that the packages did not arrive, he ran out to meet the driver who was very rude. The driver said he could not deliver because he didn’t have the code to get in (there is none). The driver accused my husband of lying about living here, even though my husband presented a valid ID. Today (1/10/24) we saw a delivery notice in our mailroom regarding these packages. This tells us that the driver had lied about not being able to get inside the building, then accuses my husband of lying about living here. Did the driver even bother to collect the packages from his truck, or did he just leave a notice to avoid doing his job? Normally I like UPS and prefer them over FedEx, but this was incredibly disappointing and upsetting."

"Refused to deliver my package for literally no reason. Someone please help. DO NOT use this UPS location they are unreliable and unprofessional."

"This isn't really a customer service center. You can only pick up packages that you've reserved to pick up. The doors to the service center are locked. There was a woman trying to get in and pick up a package. She called to get in and didn't get an answer. A worker outside came up and told her he didn't know how to get her in to get her package."

"Somehow, they had 3 Amazon packages come from the same warehouse, follow an identical itinerary up here, sent all 3 out for delivery on the same day, yet only 2 got delivered and the 3rd package that's MARKED AS IN THIS EXACT BUILDING is delayed for 3 more days. Also the Customer Service line is an AI and you have to sign up as a member on their website to file a claim ticket. I'd never willingly send a package through UPS and if you ever noticed something you bought online is being sent through them, just give up all hope, assume whatever you bought is gonna get stolen, and you might end up with a nice surprise if they ever accidentally deliver your package."

"The fact that they are busier than ever but have the main door closed permanently is odd to say the least. I had a handicapped individual with me so navigating through the side door around staircases etc was a bit challenging. Other than that pickup of the package was super easy. The woman serving us was polite and in good spirits. She easily found the item and sent us on our way. Overall good experience. *Forgot to mention parking...wow! None anywhere but we waited patiently for someone to leave close enough to have decent handicap accommodations."
