"If I could give negative 5 stars that would not be enough. Would never recommend anyone do business with PajamaGram! Here are the multiple reasons why: Paid extra to receive a package on time and it never came. Their website takes your money and then tells you the item you ordered is out of stock but only after they have your money. Customer service promises to correct issues but does not deliver on anything they say, do not believe them! Customer service reps are rude, disconnect you in the middle of your call so you have to start all over again when you call back, Customer service pretends they cannot hear you when you ask to speak to a manager. You will wait a very long time to receive your money back when you return items...we are still waiting. Orders show up with items missing from the box, although the packing slip will say it is in the box...Good luck getting that straightened out! It seems as if they purposely practice deceptive business practices as illustrated above. A lot of aggravation for very expensive pajamas!"

"Horrible experience with my return. They advertise on their website that returns are easy and hassle free. That is false! You cannot get your refund from your return, and they cannot track your package even though they create the label and charge you for it. I followed THEIR return instructions and returned the item unused within a week, and they claim they haven't received it after a month has passed. It appears this is their business model. I have now seen the google reviews and they are bad. I wish we had seen them before ordering because I would never order from a company with a 2.8 Google review and a pattern of dishonest behavior, like returns not being processed!"

"I wished I would have checked reviews before purchasing. Terrible experience. Paid $100 for a set that didn't fit well for my wife and after a horrible return process. (no tracking, no information, no timeline) I was refunded only a portion of my purchase. Do not buy from this company."

"Order (which was a Mother's Day gift) arrived 3 weeks late even after I contacted them after it was 1 week late and they said they would overnight it and give me a partial refund. I explained that since they ruined my gift, they should issue a full refund AND overnight the gift. Gift arrived 2 weeks later and I got a paltry amount as a partial refund. WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN they did not resolve a simple customer service issue even after I requested a supervisor. Overpriced and not worth it. You can order from any site nowadays and send as gift. Totally ruined my gift and did not resolve it correctly."
