His work was impeccable and his manner professional and yet he is an easy person to talk with . As the work progressed he answered all my questions with total clarity and patience. He was prompt in arriving each day and completed all the paperwork necessary for me to finalize the MA SAVE LOAN that i qualified for from the Enterprise Bank. "If you are in need of a new boiler or any plumbing work, consider Donovan Plumbing & Heating. Highly recommend!! My boiler had to be replaced & I was not looking forward to the process of figuring out the best boiler & person / company to install it.
