"I had a gas stove that threw error codes, it was a warrantee work that was handled through Tatro's Appliance. As it's a warrantee job, they are required to follow the manufacturer's direction for the repair. It took several trips to our house, and it ultimately resulted in us getting a replacement unit. Everyone at Tatro's was very patient and understanding of our predicament, and communication between me and Tatro's throughout the process was as good as I could have ever expected. They definitely stood up for what was best for me (the client) with the manufacturer. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone I was in contact with there, from the repair side to the administrative side."

"they said yes to a job they weren’t capable of, i waited 5 weeks for an appointment, when it finally came 2 technicians showed up with no experience with this machine and no idea what they were at my house for despite having left all notes with the receptionists. i thought this was a 2ish hour job but they took the machine back to the shop without asking or telling me, then didn’t do any work on it for 2 business days. i finally had to reach back out and pick it up myself. luckily not a waste of money, just time. found someone from front porch forum who figured out the problem and did the job in 1 day and for 1/3 of the price. if you choose to use tatros, be extremely clear with them about if they can do the job you’re hoping for, how long it may take, if the techs are experienced, and when they will actually do the work. a lot of these reviews tell the same story so careful what you’re getting yourself into."

"Tatro's was requested by GE to repair the refrigerator in my camper. This took a couple visits to my home over more than a year due to parts availability and my being able to use/test it. The Receptionist/ Representative is always cheerful , pleasant, professional and an absolute pleasure to speak to. Tatro's kept me appraised of the progress getting parts and scheduling. This was difficult due to being covered and waiting for winter to go away! They worked with me all the way. I use the camper only in late summer and fall, making it even more difficult to determine if the part GE supplied really fixed the issue. One phone call and Tatro's took it from there. "I had a propane stove that needed servicing in my rental. Tatros went out of their way to get this job done for me and even helped in facilitating the repair with a difficult tenant. The process did take a while as like everyone they are short staffed and then needed to order parts however they were excellent in keeping me informed. The office staff were always so helpful and friendly when I called. I would definitely make them my first call if I am ever in need again."
