"Need to get better at serving your customers. Called for 2 separate pick ups. Between the 2 they rescheduled the date for the actual pick up 5 times. Don't tell me you can pick it up on Thursday if you don't actually have a truck in that area on Thursdays. Pretty ridiculous. Bring back YRC. Definitely gonna choose another LTL for the next load."

"Picked up my part, tracking said it would be delivered on Thursday, Fed Ex called on Thursday wanted to deliver on Friday. Obviously Plattsburgh NY Fred Ex freight has their own schedule independent of the rest of the company."
