"Wish I could give zero stars. I'm terribly disappointed in the financial department at UVM Medical Center. I made a payment plan, and paid them monthly as agreed. Even though I have record that the agreed upon amount was paid every month, simply because the payment got to them later than the first day of the month they sent me to collections. I asked them to remove me from collections, since I had proof that payment was sent to them monthly in the required amount, but they refused. It is truly awful that people who are doing the right thing, and paying their bill every month get punished. Incredibly disappointing, zero stars for their handling of this situation, and likely they have done this to others as well."
