"The driver was very professional and caring in picking up our mom from CVPH. He was very attentive and he made sure that she was comfortable. The drive went smoothly and he brought our mom home in the wheelchair. I would have given this company 5 stars but the dispatcher gave him another call prior to ours and he was almost 2 hours late. We will definitely use this service again if the need arises."
