"My sister and I got tattoos done here. The experience was fine until it came to needing touch ups. I was told I would get free touch ups as needed for 30 days. When I called to set up a time for the touch ups I was ignored. When I finally set up a time with them and went to the shop for my appointment, the door was locked and no one would answer the phone. Now I have to go pay for the touch up at another shop."

"Me and 4 friends got tattoos there a few weeks ago. Kiana did our tattoo, she was very nice but didn’t inform us that they might need to be touched up. This is my fourth tattoo and I’ve never been told that and I’ve never had any issues. Day 2 this tattoo began peeling off. It is now so light and very faded. They have offered to touch up but I have moved 16 hours away and that doesn’t help me. They refuse to give any kind of refund. All four of our tattoos are faded and look terrible. And all four of us have had previous tattoos elsewhere without any issues. They tried to tell me that touchups are normal. Our experiences tell us different. So disappointed in their customer service. Now I will have to pay a lot more to have it fixed. I am attaching a photo, the tattoo should read… no matter where."
