"Amy was wonderful! She is in the framing department and helped me right away. I choose a large framed piece and needed to ship it to a friend in Texas. She found the perfect matching box to safely ship it. I couldn’t have done it without her!"

"Completely rude staff! I walk up to a register right after another customer left the worker is still there and has their light on, I start taking my items out of my cart and the worker is still there, then just turns off the light and walks away. I wait a minute thinking she was coming back…. Nope left and couldn’t even be bothered to tell me she was done. And yes it was very obvious that she knew I was there. So I stand there a minute waiting for the cashier next to me to be done so I could slide over, but she calls the next customer in line instead, this happens a couple times before finally there’s no line and I can slide over. Again the workers obviously saw me there and couldn’t be bothered to even address me. Anyways I am finally able to slide over and I tell this worker “I guess the person at that one wasn’t taking anyone else” and she says “ well yeah she went home” so I said “ oh well she could’ve said something to me” and she says well her light is off so…. How rude. I didn’t care to continue the conversation because obviously these people just don’t care about customer service. I won’t return, much easier to do my shopping on Amazon and not have to deal with these rude employees. This is why store like this close, hopefully this one does soon."

"I needed some yarn to make a little blanket for shelter cats and dogs. Used the app to see what was on sale and available for pickup. Found the aisle and decided on a nice soft skein. Then it's off to start the project."

"I guess I wasn’t too impressed with this store. The prices were a bit high. One thing I will say is that when I was walking down one aisle this employee comes around from the opposite direction with one of those large step ladder and blocked the aisle. I couldn’t get by and it was like I wasn’t there. I tried to be friendly and I guess I must have been invisible. So I turned around and went up the next aisle. Another employee came to that aisle and she was totally opposite. She spoke and asked if I needed help finding something."

"This store is so small and crowded with stuff. I don’t like this store I only go if I need something quick and don’t want to go to Clifton park. They always have only one person on cash register. I wish they would bring back AC Moore"
