"My boyfriend and I went to the Greenwich office Monday morning Margaret did his taxes I’ve done my taxes at h and r block for over 18 years I have never had an experience like this before she didn’t seem interested in all with helping him she spent a whole 5 minutes on it asked near to no questions his return was nowhere close to what it should have been we immediately went to the office in Wilton mall the people were very nice and helpful she looked at the first page said it was right at all unfortunately because they were submitted there is nothing we can do till the returns come back she told us she cost us thousands of dollars we now have to wait months for and with the price of everything going up we really needed that money to take care of are family sooner not later it felt like she did it on purpose do not let her do your taxes we will be reporting her to the irs"

"They completed my taxes fast than I would have but I feel they charge way more than they should. I was there for a half hour and got charged almost 400$. When I asked questions they were not answered to where I understood and they did not seem as if they even wanted to help me."

"I have been to a couple h&r blocks throughout the years. This was my first time at this one in Greenwich. I won't be going back. The receptionist was great but the woman who did our taxes acted like she'd rather be somewhere else. Wasn't as professional or as informative as I'm used to with h&r block."
