"Well to start out, I filed taxes 8 months ago with H and R block-paid them $500 and still do not have my taxes. Called to talk to Karen and she keeps telling me they processed. They have not. I will never use this company again-do not recommended anyone over pay for horrible service"

"Awful experience here. I heard great things about Karen and she did great talking to us while we were here. 1.5 weeks after we thought we filed we called because we hadn’t gotten any acceptances from federal or state. When I called the receptionist said that she was still reviewing our taxes to determine what the biggest refund option would be, we had already gone in and filed our taxes in office so I explained this.. he said he would speak to her and find out what was going on and call back as soon as there was an answer. No about an hour later I got a federal acceptance message. I called back to let them know that I just got a Federal acceptance and I was wondering if maybe our taxes were not filed on the day that we thought they were, and instead filed because I had called to check on the status. The gentleman that I spoke to this time was very helpful in. Las said it looks like they were sent over today.. I then asked if my state taxes had been sent and he said he would need to look into it further but he would definitely have somebody call me back today. Another hour and a half went by and boom. I got my state acceptance. So then I called back again to let them know that now I know both of my taxes have been filed because I got the acceptance I was hoping to speak to somebody regarding what had happened because I had filed my taxes in office a week and a half ago so I just wanted to clarification. The receptionist was not only unprofessional in the way that he handled speaking to me, but also advised me that nobody would speak to me because there was nobody in office when I asked when somebody would be back so I could call back. He continued to tell me he wasn’t sure if anybody would be back. Eventually tried to file a complaint with the “corporate” and they also did nothing. Not even a call back to help me understand what was happening with our taxes. I suppose we will never know at this point, but very frustrating, and I will not return. Due to the poor communication and unprofessional manner of some of their staff."

"Never thought I'd be giving a review for a tax company, but Karen Marcoux not only handled my tax problems quickly, within 45 minutes, after I easily scheduled an appointment online the night before, but did so while having a conversation making the time go by even faster. Honestly much more seamless and straight forward than I could have imagined it being, saved me from a nightmare of paperwork and with laughs on top of it. Didn't catch the name of the person at the front desk but they were extremely friendly and just genuine as well. Seems like a solid team that really knows what they're doing and enjoys helping people. I will definitely be using them whenever I'm in a bind."
