"We went in yesterday to browse the jewelry pieces and before walking in, we looked to see if any signs indicated a mask was required. There was nothing posted so we continued in without masks (we are all vaccinated fully) and the woman immediately comes out of the backroom and snaps at us that we need to put our masks on. I tell her we saw no sign or we would have put them on before coming in and she said well I’ve been too busy. I’m sorry, I am happy to comply with whatever rules a store puts in place, but how is taking 2 minutes to draw up a sign that says masks required too much of a hassle yet you have time to come out and demand masks which took about the same time and I’m sure she had to tell others since it was not posted. I hate leaving bad reviews but the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability on her part is what earned this review. Don’t snap at customers when you as a company failed to inform us before entering the property. Will not go back again."
