"We had our bath redone and Exeter Glass installed it all, no issue. Over time we noticed the door needed a small adjustment. I called Steve, he was over in 1 day, fixed it and there was no charge. THAT is service and will be going back when do we do our other bathroom."
"Have made two appointments - both no call no show.. Don't wait around for them to show up for a scheduled visit."
"I highly recommend this company. Their pricing is reasonable and Steve was very responsive and did exactly as he said he would do within the promised timeframe. I've been very happy with his workmanship and quality. Always get a quote from this company before going with a more expensive alternative!"
"Steve from Exeter glass was very knowledgeable, professional and very aware of me being a perfectionist. I don't have a big fancy house but Steve treated me like I did, he took his shoes off at the door before he walked upstairs, I really liked that. He measured and installed the door to perfection. I highly recommend Exeter glass. He was referred to me and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Steve for completing my bathroom with a beautiful glass shower door."
"We had a horrible experience with Exeter Glass. The shower door they installed leaked all over our new bathroom. Their first impulse was to blame everyone else. As it turned out, there was a defect in the tub, which the manufacturer, Aker, fixed at a cost of over $1,000 to themselves. But it turned out that the tub was not the real problem. First, the door was not fitted tightly enough to the glass, leaving a gap. When Exeter Glass came back to replace the door after the tub got refinished, they closed that gap. But the shower still leaked. Exeter glass did not know what to do. I had to go on the web and find the solution, which was a metal bar which they eventually affixed to the tub by the door. We have several friends who have glass door showers; they all have bars like this which came with their showers. I paid Exeter Glass $260 for the removal of the door when we thought the problem was the tub. Exeter Glass refused to refund us this money, even though they caused the real problem. At least our contractor, CMH Builders, who had recommended Exeter Glass, repaired our rotting and moldy baseboard and wall free of charge. The Tub manufacturer, Aker, and CMH Builders, of Portsmouth, NH, have something to teach Exeter Glass about customer service."
