"Had Patriot do an oil furnace cleaning and tuneup. Every interaction I had was friendly and professional, from Cheyenne in the office to Mike who did the cleaning. I received a text to remind me of the appointment and another when the technician was on the way. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The area was left perfectly clean and Mike discussed the condition and efficiency of my furnace before he left. I’ll be calling them again next year."
"When we turned our heat on in Fall 2023, one of our zones (radiant zone) was not running. We looked into a few companies and we ended up calling Patriot due to recommendations from friends. They came out and looked at our system, provided an estimate to correct the issue (replace the manifold) as well as a few other 'options' to consider. We decided to contract them to replace the manifold, so they came out on a Wednesday and were here a few hours...did what we contracted them for and left. Upon leaving the technician stated that it may take a few hours for the zone to come up to temperature (which was odd, since it heats pretty quickly). The next day the zone was still not working and then another zone stopped working as well. We called the office back Thursday morning and they informed us that no one would be available to come back out until Monday. Asked that we pay the invoice. We informed them that we would not pay the invoice until the system is working properly. Meanwhile, we fixed the additional zone that stopped working ourselves while we waited for them to come back out. My husband looked over the new manifold and determined that the technicians installed the manifold backwards. When they returned on Monday, they agreed that the manifold was backwards, disconnected it and did it again. Immediately the zone started heating and they left. Great! Over the next few days we realized that the circulator pumps were running continuously and would not shut off, even when the zone was up to temp and the water was no longer flowing. My husband adjusted the mixing valve and the issue was resolved. He called the office and let them know that something still wasn't quite right, but they told us they would not send anyone out until the balance had been paid...so we paid the balance. The technician came back out and agreed that the mixing valve adjustment was required. He adjusted it a slight bit more, for efficiency, and was on his way (10 min visit). We then received another bill for this additional visit because my husband adjusted the mixing valve (as opposed to letting our circulator pumps burn out). My husband informed the office that this additional visit was required to ensure the system was properly working and that had he not adjusted the valve, the circulator could have burned out...the technician agreed with what he had done and yet they insisted this additional bill be paid. We paid the bill, but never heard another word from the office and will NOT be using Patriot again. (Edited to add - the technician was a really great guy. He was knowledgeable and we did not fault him for the initial mistake of the manifold being installed backwards...it was the insistence on paying before the job was completed and the additional bill that we were sent when the job was still not correct after several visits)"
"We had a complete remove and replacement of our ductwork for our home. Most of the access was dirt and crawl spaces. A completely in ideal situation to work with as excavation was needed to accommodate for the new material provided. Nate led this project which was initially scheduled for 11 days. He got the job done 3 days ahead of schedule. His experience & knowledge was top notch. Nate went above and beyond his job throughout this whole process while educating & communicating well beginning to end. Nate is a hard worker, punctual, and very thorough in his work. Grateful he was there to lead this job!"

Not only was he very polite he was also honest and that is a rarity nowadays. He got the job done with efficiency and in a timely manner.
