"Went in here today to have 2 teeth pulled. My anxiety was through the roof, couldn't sleep the night before, shaking prior to appointment. Dr. Vaughn sent me over a Rx for some Valium to take prior to the appointment due to my nerves and fear of needles. I went in waited about 10 mins and off I went. I was given nitrous and did lots of research before taking this. Was told by numerous people I would feel no pain. Until I went in and the nurse explained that I would still feel them unfortunately. I almost canceled my appt right then and there and even said to the nurse " I don't think I can continue because I am terrified" I eventually said let's just do it and see how it goes. Well they had me on nitrous for a few minutes and Dr. Vaughn waited until I was comfortable. Both him and his nurse cheering me on and checking on me throughout the procedure. He numbed up my gums prior and with the laughing gas and Valium I barely felt anything. Was very surprised and baffled by how easy it was. I did so well today I'm haveing 2 more pulled in 2 weeks ... This is an awesome atmosphere and the docs and nurses are so kind and super positive... I thank them for helping me and giving me the confidence that I was going to be ok"
