They add on "Administrative fee" as if $5/hour isn't enough. $63.00 fine is outrageous for being 3 minutes late. 3 day "discount" doesn't allow time to transfer funds. No phone # to discuss things. Should not be allowed to use Federal property to run this rip-off scheme. BTV prides itself on protecting the people, why do they let these shysters operate in town. Next time we go out to eat, it will be in the 'burbs where there is free, available parking."
