"This practice is illegally violating my hippa privacy by discussing medical information with close family members that they have not been authorized to do so. They also are fraudulently billing me and my insurance for an appointment that was incorrectly put into their system."
"This is an excellent practice! I've been going here over twenty-five years and never had an issue. The staff are all true professionals and the practice is extremely accommodating."
"They cancelled my appointment because in the space asking if there is additional information or requests I asked them to please wear a mask because I have a chronic illness and I will have to remove my mask for them to examine my nose. So this morning I get an email that they are canceling my appointment because I usually go to a different office. This is true, but the office I want you did not have any open appointments. So now I don’t have an appointment and I call the office I go to, they offered me an appointment in Penacook. So I can see a doctor in another office if I go to Penacook but not if I go to Concord? Sure Jan. Forced infections with a level 3 biohazard is disgusting and I don’t appreciate it. Edited to add: YIKES read the review below this one they are clearly TRYING TO MAKE PATIENTS CATCH COVID"
"Growing up my dad and my mom always took care of my health needs since they were medical professionals. As I got older ,I had one doctor that I would see in my teenage/early 20s for when I was sick sick and needed a note for school or work, so I really haven't had a PCP for a long time. I felt like I was struggling with some depression which I called the CH line and was able to get a call from a nurse that could fit me in to see Dr. D.MacLeod. I have been seeing Dr. MacLeod for over a year now and I will definitely continue to see him. He is attentive and caring when it comes to mental health and other health issues. He is always up to date and his team always responds in a timely matter. I truly recommend seeing Dr. MacLeod and his team for good quality care!"
"I have been a patient there for 30 years. My Dr. retired, and Dr. Sturmy took over for Dr. Clardy. I am not one to go to the Dr. unless I have to, so calling is never easy for me. I called this week to make an appointment to see if I would be able to obtain a Dr.'s note to stay working remotely. We made the appointment and 3 days later they called to tell me they won't be able to keep the appointment because the Dr. won't do that for me. He decided that he won't write the note before talking to me to see why I need to stay remote. They did want me to make another appointment to see about getting a prescription, though. Besides being unprofessional, this is not at all how to care for a human being. I will never step foot in there again. If their goal is to make the patient feel alone and helpless, they are killing it. Do better."
