"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. They had the boat for 5 months I asked to have a tuneup and bearing done as my motor wouldn’t go up. I called a month and a half after dropping it off and they didn’t even know which boat was mine. I had dropped it off in mid August and it was now late December after months of calling and hardly hearing back. They told me they had it inside as they hadn’t winterized it to my knowledge and when I picked it up it was in their little garage not climate controlled. They said they didn’t adjust the throttle cable after doing the gimbal bearing so on top of the high price I had to have another marina fix their mistakes this spring. Bill an employee also told me after the 5 months of having the boat he wasn’t able to do the the tuneup after getting it back it was covered in engine oil all over the back and swim deck and the inside was all covered in mold which took me about 6 hours to clean so it obviously was not covered or inside as they told me. When I called to pay my bill I told him I wasn’t happy with the price as bill told me they couldn’t do the tuneup. He rudely told me they did do it and awkwardly texted and apologized after. Save your time and money and go somewhere else."

"Extremely poor communication. Took them almost 4 months to fix our boat. Called multiple times throughout the 4 months and was told it would be done that week. Very unprofessional when we spoke on the phone and overall a bad experience."

"Went up to check out a jet boat for a friend. Was there for a few hours. Bought the boat. Rich was great guy. Very knowledgeable about marine maintenance and repair.He does island service .The marine industry is Very busy since covid. (Marine sales are up 50% good luck finding used 4 stroke pontoon worth having). Schedule your work early before the season. I would recommend Fiore mobile service for your marine service work."
