"Ron was able to come out the day before a blizzard after I called seven other HVAC companies with no one able to assist. My circulator pump had gone on my boiler and one of my pipes had burst. He installed ball valves on my system for two of my lines because they are better quality and have a longer life span and less likelihood of leaking. He talked this out with me first and discussed my options of getting to the burst pipe. He put down a tarp and cleaned up after himself. He was very kind and considerate during a very stressful situation. The prices were fair and the bill was itemized, I highly recommend this professional and will use him again in the future."
