"Yo. These people are awesome! Needed something last minute, (4 min after closing btw) and they were amazing, if you need anything smoke related, do yourself a favor and check this place out first.. or not. Your loss."
"Man I love this smoke shop, and it beats going into Burlington proper. They have always been super helpful for my partner, and I. We were stopping by today for some juice pods, papers ect... And we're closed 30 min before the hours sign. So a little inconsistent. I hope it stays open because honestly to me even inconsistently still better than Garcia's or northern lights for what I'm in there for. Still 5 stars for stellar service and prime location!!"
"I went in to get vape juice and a disposable, a woman at the counter with dreads denied me saying it was fake wich I understand but it was in fact a valid ID they told me to come back with my birth certificate and I did to prove it. The woman said “ that’s not what my birth certificate looks like” under her breath as another employee helped me. She was extremely rude to me the whole time :( this was my first time going here, they ended up selling me the product but still :( the guy was at least cordial"
"Awful. Been coming here for years on and off and all was good until today. I reside in ct but rent up in Vermont. I’ve been buying here for a long time, didn’t mind the overpriced goods much as the service was always good. But today, I come in, and the woman says she won’t sell to me because my ID is fake. It is a real, CT ID. They asked for my passport as proof of the ID being real. Since, obviously, I don’t carry around my most valuable document around in my pocket, said they can confirm it’s real. She said because it is a vertical Connecticut ID that means it’s fake. I found this funny in a way, because all CT IDs that are issued when the person is under age 18 are vertical. So they’re actively selling to minors with fake Connecticut IDs if they don’t even know that. Won’t be coming back. Alright tho! The Mobil downtown has much better prices for anyone looking for alternatives! Edit reply to owner: I literally have been coming since I started renting in Burlington area. If you didn’t remember, no problem, but that’s not the point. The point is that you don’t accept a driver’s license as a valid form of ID. the way you reply to all of your negative reviews is speaking even louder than what happened yesterday in your shop. I sincerely hope you learn more about how to identify drivers licenses as real; and yes it was mentioned that it was fake because it was vertical. Which is standard for Connecticut IDs issued when the individual is under age 18. Additionally, I see you call any of your (previous) customers a child for expressing any kind of negative reaction to this ridiculousness, as evidenced by you calling people that from other negative reviews. Name calling is so wildly unprofessional. It’s clear you’re losing customers with this kind of behavior, and surprising you are comfortable putting that image of yourself (as the owner) on public display. I hope you educate yourself on Connecticut IDs, because as I mentioned above, if you didn’t know about the vertical license as standard for when issued under 18, you have been selling to minors. (Which people know you guys have been getting cracked down on for, thank goodness). I hope you learn how to take negative reviews with some more stride, and even take the criticism to improve your business; as all respectable business owners do. Also, in regard to the marriage thing— what??? Hahah. I did not say I was getting married next week, I however did say I am getting married, pointed to my ring, and rhetorically asked if high schoolers are getting married when I was at the end of my rope with my (valid) ID not being recognized as valid. Your funny! Side note, Telling a woman to “take it as a compliment” that they look like a child is wildly inappropriate and gross! I wasn’t aware that 6ftwomen in their 20s look like children these days.."
"If I could give them zero stars I would. Literally the worst head shop I have ever been in. The vibe is off the second you walk in and they have absolutely terrible customer service. It's a tiny hole in the wall of a place with practically no products, and the products they do carry are not good quality and way overpriced. They also don't even know how to ID properly. Don't waste your time here."
