"I brought in my Ryobi backpack leaf blower (it was at least 6-7 years old) as it would no longer start. I dropped it off in November and they said straight out they would need to do some research on it and they were full up in doing work on a ton of snowblowers, I said no hurries. I got a call in early January that it was fixed and for about $150, so awesome. Turns out they had to play with it, research it, and waalaa, done. I'm so pleased, these are my small engine geeks!"

"Rick, Josh and Misty are terrific people, and I believe that they can fix anything. Rick maintains an old-school attitude regarding customer service. A degraded part failed and fell into the brand new blades of our riding mower, bending them. Rick took the job back and is fixing the blades. He also gave us a jump when our truck battery died just after we left. Highly recommended."
