"BE VERY WEARY! This company looks to try to void your warranty. Tech came out to replace a part. After the part was replaced my treadmill would not stop shaking while I was using it. A problem that had not happened before. In fact I used the treadmill just prior to the techs arrival and it did not shake and move about. The treadmill screen broke shortly after due to the shaking which more than likely was due to the machine being put back together incorrectly. I contacted my service plan provider and was informed my warranty was now void because my treadmill was not stored in a “climate controlled area.”"
