"I was kept up to date on when Bob would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. He seemed fair, honest, and very helpful. The part that failed was the Microcomputer. Bob and I both agreed that it did not make sense to replace such an expensive part on a 22 year old dryer."

"Our washer broke back in August and after needing parts 3 times and being cancelled on twice the scheduled day they were coming. Once they cancelled at 4:42pm after waiting since 8am for them to show up. The end time is 5pm so they cancelled 18 minutes before the end of visit time!! We have spent over $200 at the laundromat since August!! I was sent a check for $50 to cover it. This is disgraceful. Years ago Sears was a great company, now it takes over 5 appointments to get a washer fixed!! A very unhappy customer!!"

"Technician did a fine job, including offering advice about the future of the washer and dryer. Scheduling was a disaster. I originally had an appointment for the washer, dryer, and microwave. Rescheduled at 2 p.m. after I waited six hours. Work rescheduled for two days, one for washer and dryer and separtate appointment for microwave. This requires yet more hours of waiting around."

"I found it absolutely absurd I had to wait 3 weeks to have my oven fixed! I pay my monthly bill religiously in expectation something happens it will be fixed in a timely manner,I couldn't be more disappointed with your business practices! It's one thing you screw people over but it's another to hide behind a rock with absolutely no way of talking to a representative in person! I hope I don't need your service in the near future because as far as I am concerned I'm just wasting my money! You should be ashamed of yourself!"

"The repairman was excellent and efficient. You should be happy you have him. Your booking system however is very poor. Need to speak to a customer service rep when booking or changing appointments You had booked me for 10/20 for a follow up visit after the parts were delivered but no one came. Then you booked this appt without consulting me. I have been without a working dishwasher for 5 weeks. Not acceptable."
