"Overall our bathroom remodel was a positive experience. The salesman, Brett, was very thorough and professional with the planning process and communicated extremely well and in a timely fashion throughout the entire process. The job took a bit longer than expected to schedule the work, I guess that's the new norm these days. They did not factor in adequate time initially for completion of the work, which contributed to some finish (detail) work not being done to our satisfaction, BUT they were extremely responsive to our concerns and worked to schedule a return visit, where they addressed ALL issues to our complete satisfaction. The work crew was professional and courteous and worked diligently during their time here. They were conscientious about protecting the area and cleanup at the end of each day. Several weeks later I discovered a minor issue and TCC was immediately responsive to address the situation. Special kudos to Trevor who was a constant throughout the project and clearly takes pride in his workmanship and ensuring customers are satisfied with the work done. Overall we are pleased with the results. They seem like they are trying hard to improve their processes and hope they are successful. I would recommend them with the advice to be clear on your expectations and having it in writing and communicate clearly any concerns along the way."
