"This shop is passionate about good work! Nice to see an owner put in long hours to ensure the job is done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Bruno’s Auto body!"
"The best word I have to describe this company is SKETCHY!! I wish I could give zero stars. I have never had such bad customer service from a company. They were rude, unreasonable, and came across very doltish and without class. They literally threatened me with holding my car hostage. Weeks into repairing my car, I got a frantic phone call saying I needed to come pay immediately but my car was not completed yet. I was informed I was supposed to pay when I dropped my car off, I was not informed of this at that time and I would have found it odd as it is not something I have ever experienced with any reputable organization. I understand this is a new business and based on how they acted---money is obviously a problem. What I found most surprising was--they had to buy less than $100 in replacement parts for my car. Do they not have enough credit to cover $100 for a couple days? I felt like I was getting a shake down for my money, which I would have happily paid once services were rendered. But instead they threatened me and left me angry messages that were aggressive and threatening. I was nothing but polite and they were nothing but rude. 2 of my insurance adjusters also spoke with them and also found them to be rude, unprofessional, and obtuse and 1 commented that they have never dealt with such a sketchy organization. I would never go back there. Quite frankly, I was scared to go get my car alone as it did not feel like I was walking into a safe place and ended up getting a police escort to their business. I will let everyone I know to never use that shop and I will also be letting the people who referred me here that they should not be associating themselves with such a sketchy company. Their customer service skills sucks, their organization skills and office is an absolute mess and they are obviously having money problems if they can't wait one day and finish my car before they got $250. The whole experience was extremely sketchy and poorly planned and executed. I was told it would take 2 days...2 and half weeks later is when I got the threatening messages. I am disgusted with this company and the individuals that work there. They need a class is basic manners and phone etiquette--hanging up on customers and threatening them is not a way to build a company in a very small community. I look forward to them going out of business--sorry but not sorry Follow up: their repairs didn't work and they sprayed something on my windshield that I can't wash off! I am now having to take it to a different place to get it fixed for real. So they suck at both customer service and auto body repairs. Based on the response: my insurance company is Progressive. So really?? I have all my invoices saved on what you paid for out of pocket and I have all the voicemails saved. All of which can be provided."
