"The techs are super friendly and knowledgeable had an issue that took a while to figure out what was wrong but they kept at it and were able to fix it. The office is also wonderful to work with and are honestly about part delivery times and notifying me of any delay."

"This is long overdue, almost 2 years ago now we had powers come out to service our generator. THREE DAYS LATER we lost power and the generator did not work. I called to make them aware of this so they could come back and correct the issue. The woman on the phone was so rude and would not let me talk. She kept saying it would be a new ticket and we would be charged again for the entire service. I do not think that is right to treat customers like that when it had been a few days and things were not right. They should have stood behind their work. I understand if another part was needed, sure we can pay for that part, but coming back to ensure it was working properly is what we paid for and never got. To this day there is a red light on and it doesn’t cycle like it’s supposed to weekly. We’re hardworking people who paid for a service and we don’t have a working generator it’s so frustrating years later. Had to be sure I wrote this so others don’t have this same terrible experience ."

"Installed mini splits a couple of years ago. Installation was great. These fellas worked well into the evening just to get it done. Very professional job and very nice guys. We’ve had two small issues having NOTHING to do with the product or install action but they were here quickly and took care of it. Zach is great. A terrific young man and fixed the issue quickly."

"Updates: I have heard back from customer service and they immediately sent a tech to replace the broken hinges. Thank you for commitment. They use to be great, I have been using them since day one and they are the company that installed my generator years ago, but some how something changes, they don’t give you a time when they will come for service, which is okay to an extent. But my last service, the tech broke the generator door and left it the way it shows in the picture, however I contacted them and never heard anything back .."
