"He was supposed to come between 8:00-8:30. At 9:00 when he still wasn’t here, I called and left a message. His secretary called me back a little after that and said he had showed up, there was no place to park, so he left, and will not be coming back. What?! He could have knocked on the door or called me. I would have been happy to move my car. The fact that there was absolutely no communication really bothers me, especially given the circumstances, having no heat in the dead of winter. He just didn’t care. I have never used this business before - I had been a new customer. Apparently they don’t need my business. I will move on, and you should too."
