"As a retirement gift to myself I had decided to restore the 200 year old Connecticut clock which had belonged to the original owners of my house. Bill understood right off that the sentimental value of the clock far outweighed its monetary value. I wanted a reasonable repair done not a “museum quality” job. "Bill did a great job fixing a clock that belonged to my Grandfather. The clock needed to be lubricated and Bill painstakingly disassembled the clock, cleaned it and oiled it up. It now works perfectly. A note to anyone who has an old clock and is looking to get it repaired. It can be pricey, my bill was approximately $380. Also it may take a couple of adjustments for the clock to work properly. Mine was a German clock that was a little more complex than most and the chime was off after it was reassembled. Bill was happy to take it back in at no cost to me. He was very persistent in his efforts (He has a genuine passion for all things mechanical.) and was able to figure out what was wrong, a minor issue involving a set screw. Overall I would rate Fixitech Clock Repair very highly! If ever I need additional work done I will go back. Thank You Bill!"

He fixed my antique 1903 Sessions wall clock so that it runs perfectly again and he went above and beyond by repairing the case as well that had become fragile in spots.
