"List online "Pet Friendly". You will go through all the work of filling out an application to hear nothing for days. Call to follow up, the gentleman on the phone goes "Oh, you have pets well best of luck getting in here". How about you update your amenities on your website, zillow, realtor, and other 3rd parties where it clearly states PET FRIENDLY. I will be reporting to housing authority as well as BBB. You cannot refuse an emotional support animal, get with the times it is 2023 not 1990!"

"My wife and I have friends in Building 5, it needs some work. Buildings are old and depressing looking. Office staff particularly Bill isn't too friendly and will happily tell you about income requirements as if their property is something special. Not great lighting on the property outdoors. Stupid restrictions on dog ownership, certain buildings you can have dogs and others randomly cannot. Other tenants have said rodents or animals sometimes get into buildings. You would think for the prices they charge, they would take greater care of their buildings."

"Lived here 17-19 moved out... now i'm going back. They're amazing, their maintenance staff is always responsive. When you have an issue they really do listen. I have an ESA and she is welcomed with open arms. Beautiful landscape, great location."

"Ok Apartments are decent, but WAY overpriced. Also forget about your deposit they will figure out how to keep as much as possible. If you don't mind your rent increased by 50 to 75 dollars every year this is the place for you. Also they will notify you hours before going into your apartment so if you are out of town or on vacation they may enter your apartment or do work on your apartment at anytime, and you wont know till you get home! I do have to say for Apartments built in the 60's they do dress them up nice, and the neighbors are very polite."
