"I'd give zero stars if possible. Rented from this group 3 years ago. Got a no cause eviction, and now 3 years later as I look for a place to live. EP Management actually gives extremely negative feedback and called me a problem tenant. There should be laws that prevent slander, considering it was a non renewal of lease and I was out before it became a court matter."

Beware all younger woman when you rent from this company that the corrupt maintenance staff on more than one occasion has stalked female tenants and performed unwanted lude and lascivious conduct. Management turns a blind eye when reported because it happens on most if not all properties that they manage and they know about it. Be careful ladies. Watch your backs. If owners of the properties knew how the staff behaved on the properties than they would probably drop contracts."

"NEVER RENT FROM EP MANAGEMENT! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE MILITARY! We were renting from them last year, and we got military orders to move back to our home base in florida. At this point, we were promised that if we paid all of Novembers rent in full, that we would receive the pro-rated amount back along with the security deposit. It is now March and Mr. Ziner, the Company president, is being VERY greedy and STILL will not give our money back! This is a struggling young military family with a small child that I am talking about. NEVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!! We will have them REMOVED from the military housing list as well. Illegal is what it is."
